The entry fee is $100 per horse. Entries for the sale must be received online or at the Maplewood, Inc., onsite barn by Monday,  July 24 at noon to be included in the printed program flyer. Please make checks payable to Oregon High Desert Classic; proceeds from the entry fees go to J Bar J Youth Services.

1.     #640 - Park Avenue CFS – 3-year-old, 16.2-hand bay Canadian Warmblood mare. “Gertie,” as we call her at home, is a lovely, quiet-minded mare that’s been under saddle about six months. She has a natural lead change and has jumped small crossrails on occasion. This horse has a puppy dog personality and is good with other horses. She’s by Portland L out of 77 Gevae, who is a daughter of Gervantus II. This is a wonderful op portunity to own a quality horse at an affordable price. Gertie is good on the ground and is generally the bravest horse in the group, even at her young age. This are will make a lovely junior/amateur mount in the hunter, jumper and equitation rings. 2.     #641 – Oxford – 5-year-old, 16.1-hand chestnut gelding – “Blaze” is an RPSI by Osilvis. He’s an athletic horse with a great mind. Blaze competed last week in the .90m and 1.0m jumpers with clear efforts and excellent results but also has hunter style and scope. Blaze will be competing in the 5-year-old hunters this week. 3.     #642 – Doma Rosalina LR – 7-year-old, 16.1-hand bay Hanoverian mare (by Domiro). She is the perfect three-ring horse for a junior or amateur. 7.     #646 - Sumiko – 6-year-old, 16-1hand bay Thoroughbred gelding. “Miko” is a gorgeous Thoroughbred (with Mr. Prospector on both sides) who is athletic and scopey enough for the jumpers but whose elegance will shine in the hunters. Miko competed in the hunters and jumpers during the first week 1 of the Oregon High Desert Classic, earning reserve championship honors in the Thoroughbred hunters as well as excellent ribbons in the 1.0m jumpers.
